Colin's story

Eating a lot more regularly and healthily

Colin* has begun to take control of his health conditions.

I have Asthma and Diabetes and I knew about the changes I was supposed to make from my Diabetes education course but, although I knew it could make a big difference to my health, I hadn’t got around to doing anything about it and always forgot to take my medication unless someone else reminded me.

Since having the support of a coach, I’ve started eating a lot more regularly and healthily, have taken up swimming once a week and use the alarm on my iPhone to remind me to take my medications.  Actually it’s helping my wife to remember to take hers too!  It feels so much better to be taking more charge of it all myself.
