Being underweight can damage your health. Weighing too little can contribute to a weakened immune system, fragile bones and feeling tired. There might be an underlying medical cause for your low weight, such as an overactive thyroid. Or you may simply be underweight because your diet isn't providing you with enough energy. Stress or other emotional problems can sometimes cause a change in eating patterns that is hard to recognise.
The eatwell plate applies to most of us – whether we're a healthy weight or overweight, whether we eat meat or are vegetarian, and no matter what our ethnic origin.

Specially trained health coaches work with you on the non-clinical aspects of your health that may be stopping you from living your life in the way you would like.

The GP practices in Lewes are offering ‘On Track’ Live Well Feel Better group sessions for people who have already had one-to-one health coaching and feel they would benefit from this continuation of support. The upcoming groups are as follows: Every other Wednesday at 6.00-7.30 pm

Upcoming groups are held on Wednesday evenings from 6.00 to 7.30 pm:
June 6th, June 20th, July 4th, July 18th, Aug 1st, Aug 15th, Aug 29th, Sept 12th, Sept 26th.
