Health in Mind is an NHS organisation providing courses and other types of therapies that help with stress, anxiety and low mood in East Sussex. The service is FREE and available to anyone aged over 18.
In East Sussex there are mental health services available that can be accessed without a referral. These can help you to develop approaches to improve your mental health, and help you get back to work, education or access social and community networks.

The GP practices in Lewes are offering ‘On Track’ Live Well Feel Better group sessions for people who have already had one-to-one health coaching and feel they would benefit from this continuation of support. The upcoming groups are as follows: Every other Wednesday at 6.00-7.30 pm
